First Tuesday June 7th, a book launch for  The Last Great Event by Ray Foulk about the Isle of Wight festival-  at 25 Brooke St, home to both Handel and Jimi Hendrix…and now a museum combining them both.

Then Wed 8th the newly launched Fitzrovia music festival with a concert in the gloriously restored Middlesex Hospital chapel, all golden mosaic and marble: the golden gloom of Byzantium. With music – oboe, violins, cello and a bassoon, from locally connected composers,  Mozart, Elgar and Mendelssohn.  http://www.fitzfest.co.uk
